CWD Terms, Conditions, Disclaimers and Privacy Policies

These Policies describe CWD Enterprises policies and procedures, use and disclosure of use of this website, herein called the Service, Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with these Policies.

Shipping Policy

All in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours or dispatched from our Affiliates as posted on their websites. If an item is temporarily out of stock you will be notified.

Domestic Shipments are sent via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Bulk or over-sized orders may incur additional shipping charges and not qualify for free shipping promotions. Customer will be notified prior to delivery.
Express Shipping – will be priced at time of order and may not be available.

Allow 2-6 weeks for delivery for custom orders unless approved by management. All pcs are custom order items and subject to delays depending on the requirements of the customer. You will be notified. Custom orders are non-refundable or subject to return or restock fees.

All prices subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to change pricing based on availability. We are not responsible for typos or misprinted information and pricing. You will be notified of changes, additons or deletions before delivery.

We are not taking orders or shipping out of the country at this time.

Return Policies

To avoid ordering errors, please carefully read all posted information before ordering. Call or contact us if you have any questions before placing an order.

RETURNS – CONDITIONS and RESTRICTIONS:

Custom orders are non-refundable or subject to return or restock fees. All PCs and laptops are custom order. They are customized to the order and are subject to a fee for restock. Customizations must be deleted prior to making the item ready for resale. Restock fees will also include any processing and shipping charges incurred by CWD for the sale or shipment.

CWD management must be notified of requests for exchange within (7) days of receipt of goods. After 7 days, a restocking fee will be charged for each item returned. Customer is responsible for return postage and shipping and is not refundable. No returns after 14 days from receipt of goods. PCs and laptops are customized and will also incur a remaster fee to delete all customizations and data berfore the item is restocked and for sale.

Returned items must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. You must call 305 293-3097 for authorization and return code number.
This number must be written on the outside of the returned box. Returned items must be shipped back within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise. Returned items must be insured and shipped in the original package and in the same condition as received, unchanged and with original tags in place. Custom orders may not be returned and are subject to additional fees.

Items damaged in transit: If the shipping box arrives damaged, refuse it and notify CWD Enterprises as soon as possible, (We insure all shipments). If you accept a damaged package you are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
