Take Control Support - click to go to our On Demand Remote Control tool - insert the number given to you by our technician.
Splashtop Support - installs our temporary remote link. It should start to download immediately. Once downloaded, run or accept the option and click continue until a windows pops up with a number. Give the Technician your number. If it does not pop up, click on the app, Slashtop, to run it and get a number.
